Navigate to the Queues page by clicking on 'Queues':

2. Here you can monitor the 'Total calls' across all your queues:

3. Here you can monitor how many of the calls were answered:

4. Here you can monitor the missed calls for the day:

5. Check the current number of calls in the queue awaiting an answer here:

6. Monitor the longest wait time for a call within a specific queue here:

7. Utilize the "Search" field to find a particular queue:
