Reports - Summary

This article will provide you more information about the Summary section in the Reports.
To do this first navigate to Reports on the left side of the menu.

1. Navigate to "Reports" to and select "Summary":

2. Click this icon to choose the dates of the report:

3. Select a date from the drop down menu:

4. Click "search" to get the report for the preset dates:

5. Click "download icon" to open a download drop menu. Your options are Download as, Save as, Annotate and Print:

6. Click "Download as ..." to get the report in a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF:

7. Click "Save as ..." to get the report in CSV, XLSX or JSON file:

8. Select "Answered" to filter the report for only answered calls:

9. Select "No Answer" to filter the report for not answered calls:

10. By clicking one of the two options again you will disable the filter:
