Reports - Phone Numbers
This article will provide you more information and general functionality for the Phone Numbers section in the Reports.
2. From here you can monitor the Total, Incoming and Outgoing Calls for the selected period which can be specified from the Start and End date from the top right:
3. You can utilize the "Search" field to find information related to a specific phone number:
4. As well as customize the displayed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by clicking on "Columns":
5. Choose specific numbers for a detailed report by selecting the checkbox beside them, or opt for a comprehensive report covering all available numbers by choosing "All DIDs":
6. You can also download a CSV file for the selected numbers by clicking on "Export to CSV":
