Reports - Phone Numbers

This article will provide you more information about the Phone Numbers section in the Reports.
To do this first navigate to Reports on the left side of the menu.

1. Navigate to the "Phone Numbers" tab by clicking on "Phone Numbers":

2. Here you can monitor the Total Calls for the selected period:

3. Here you can track incoming calls for the specified period:

4. Here you can see the Outgoing calls for the selected period:

5. Utilize the "Search" field to find information related to a specific phone number:

6. Customize the displayed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by clicking on "Columns":

7. Choose specific numbers for a detailed report by selecting the checkbox beside them, or opt for a comprehensive report covering all available numbers by choosing "All DIDs":

8. Download a CSV file for the selected numbers by clicking on "Export to CSV":
