Reports - Scheduled reports

This article will provide you more information about the Scheduled reeports in the Reports section
To do this first navigate to Reports on the left side of the menu.

1. Click "Scheduled Reports" to open the Scheduled reports tab:

2. Navigate to the Scheduled Reports tab and click on "New Scheduled Report" to initiate the creation of a new rule:

3. Customize the name of the report according to your preferences:

4. Use the 'Send To' option to select a user from your Axiom who will be the recipient of the scheduled reports:

5. Via the drop-down menu, choose the desired user who will receive the reports:

6. Access 'Base reports' to specify the type of reports the selected user will receive, such as Call Details, User Activity, Queue Activity, and more:

7. Click on 'Schedule' to determine the frequency at which the reports will be sent:

8. Choose the desired frequency from the drop-down menu:

10. Activate the option to attach the report to the user's email, enabling the system to automatically send emails to the specified user:
