2. Click "New Scheduled Report" to create a new rule.
3. Here you can customize the name of the Report.
4. By clicking 'Send To' you will be able to choose a user from your Axiom who will receive the reports.
5. Select a user via the drop down menu who will receive the reports.
6. Click 'Base reports' to choose what kind of reports the user will receive.
7. Choose from the drop down menu what kind of reports the user will receive such as Call details, User Activity, Queue Activity, etc.
8. Click 'Schedule' to choose the frequency of the report sending.
9. Choose from the drop down menu how often the reports will be send.
10. By activating this option you will attach the report to the email of the user and the system will send emails to the specific user selected above.
