Settings - Time Condition

The Time Condition function allows you to set specific destinations during specific times, for example: working hours and setting up a Voice Mail if callers reach you out of your working hours.
1. Navigate to the settings page by clicking "Settings" on the left-hand side of the screen:
(The settings tab is accessible only with admin rights)

Access the time conditions tab by clicking "Time Conditions":

Create a new time condition by selecting "Add Time Condition":

Choose the name for your time condition by clicking "Name":

Select the day for which this time condition applies by clicking the "Choose a date" field:
There are 3 rule types to choose from:
Specific: This allows you to select a specific date only.
Custom: Allows you to select a time period instead of a particular day,
Global: Allows you to add a rule and specify the days of the week.
You should select the one that best fits your requirements you would like to use the time condition for.

 Click "Destination" to choose an action if the time matches. Alternatively, you can choose what actions will happen if the time does not match below:

Choose from the drop-down menu what should happen:

 Click "CUSTOM" to choose a time period instead of a particular day:

Select the time range of the time condition:

Click "GLOBAL" to select specific recurring days:

Click + to open a drop-down menu and create a rule.

Define the days of the week and specific times for the time condition to apply.

Search for a specific time condition by entering criteria in the "Search" field:

 You can also edit an existing time condition by clicking the  :
