Broadcasts

This article will provide you with an overview of the Broadcast Campaigns.

1. Navigate to Broadcasts from the menu on the left:

2. Click on "+Create" from the top right:
3. From here you can configure the Broadcast Campaign accordingly to your requirements:

Info
Campaign Name: This the name of your Broadcast Campaign
Virtual agents: The number of virtual agents
Dial Level: Number of each calls for each agent
Leads Ordering: Which order the system will make calls
Alt Dialing: This setting is used to automatically dial alternate number fields while dialing in the RATAIO and ADAPT dial methods when there is no contact at the main phone number for a lead, the statuses to trigger alt dial can be set in the Auto Dial page. The setting is not used by the MANUAL dial method.
Leads Recycle: The rules that define the way the system will do recycle to the leads to return them back to the buffer
Activity dates: The dates you wish this broadcast to be active for.
Lists: The lists used for this campaign.
Auto List Reset: Once a day, auto resets lists with chosen statuses. The reset will happen only if there are no dialable leads left in a list at leas one agent is logged into campaign. For small campaigns (0>100% completion in 1-3 days) please use custom Lead Recycle.
Wait Seconds: This is the number of seconds when in Survey mode the system will wait for input from the person called until the survey or drop action is triggered. Is not applied if the Survey Method is HANGUP. Default method is 10 seconds.
Vdad Extension: To allow voice message to be left if there is no answer.
Audio File: The file which will be played.
Call Times: The range of time we call specific country or state in their time zone.
Account: The account you're using.
Phone numbers: The phone numbers that the system uses when making calls
Ready to start: Whether to start the campaign now.
4. Under the Advanced section you can specify the response for each digit pressed:
InfoRedirect extension: Use this field to redirect to Axiom extension when any button is pressed. Default redirect is 8300 which triggers hang-up. It is recommended to set parameter of Wait Seconds to a higher number to avoid irrelevant calls to live agents. You will need a bridge to Axiom for this function to work.
