How to Add or Remove Agents from a Queue
Queues in the Squaretalk Platform allow you to distribute inbound calls across multiple agents. To keep queues working efficiently, managers and admins can easily add or remove agents at any time.
This guide explains how to manage queue members in a few clicks.
Step-by-Step: Add or Remove Agents from a Queue
Go to Settings → Voice → Queues and click the queue you want to update
(a side panel will open)
Inside the queue settings panel, open the Agents tab
In the All Extensions list, locate the agent you want to add and click the ( + ) button next to the agent’s name
