How to Blacklist a Phone Number

The Blacklist feature helps you block unwanted communication and protect your teams from spam, harassment, or compliance risks.

It’s also commonly used for maintaining Do Not Call (DNC) restrictions.

📌 Note: Admin permissions are required to blacklist a phone number.

Step-by-Step: Blacklist a Phone Number

1. Go to Settings → Security → Blacklist and click “+Add Blacklist”

2. Select the relevant country and enter the phone number without the country code. Add a description (optional).

3. Under Blacklist Type, choose how the number should be restricted:
   Inbound → blocks incoming communication from this number
   Outbound → blocks agents from calling this number
   All → blocks both inbound and outbound communication

4. Click Create to apply the changes.

View Deleted Records

Need to check what was removed?
Use View Deleted Records to review blacklist entries that were previously deleted.
Restore the log by clicking the restore icon under the Actions column and block the phone number again.
