How to Change an Agent’s Status (Manager/Admin Guide)
As a Manager or Admin, you can monitor your agents’ availability and help manage live operations by updating an agent’s status when needed.
This is useful when:
an agent forgot to switch back to Available
an agent is stuck in a pause status
you need to quickly restore service coverage during a busy shift
Where Can I Manage an Agent’s Status?
Agent statuses are managed from the Monitor tab, inside the Agent Monitor page.
Steps
Locate your agent in the list and click on their current status to update it to a different one.
(Just select the new status from the available menu that will pop up.)
✅ The update takes effect immediately.
