The Mailbox feature allows users to connect their Gmail account directly to the Squaretalk Platform and manage emails without leaving the workspace.
Once connected, users can view, organize, search, and reply to emails directly from the Squaretalk Platform.
📌 Note: Currently, only Gmail accounts are supported.
Open the sidebar menu and go to Mailbox
Click Connect Gmail and complete the Google authentication process
💡Useful Tip 1: Each Gmail account can only be connected to one Squaretalk user.
This means:
If User A connects Gmail Account A, another user cannot connect the same Gmail account
To connect a different Gmail account, the current Gmail account must first be disconnected
💡Useful Tip 2: You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time using the Actions menu inside the Mailbox.
Selecting View Profile opens the contact side panel.
Inside the contact profile, the Email tab displays email history based on user permissions.
Permission Visibility
Agents can only see their own email conversations with the contact
Managers can see emails exchanged by their assigned agents
Admins can see all email conversations related to the contact
