Campaigns define how outbound calls are distributed within the Power Dialer, who participates, which contacts are called, and how calls are handled.
📌 Note: Admin permissions are required to create and manage campaigns.
Go to Settings → Campaigns → Campaigns and click + Add Campaign.
The campaign configuration consists of five sections:
Give a name to your campaign.
Enable the toggle to activate the campaign.
Choose how contacts are distributed. (Select from Linear and Random)
Define the Calling Schedule and the timezone the system should be compliant with.
Under Redial If, select which call outcomes should trigger another attempt. (Busy, No answer, etc.)
Define the maximum redial attempts and the delay between retries (1–24 hours)
Preview Duration defines how long agents can review the contact details before the call starts. (You can set it to 0 to disable the preview mode.)
Select the Answering Machine Detection profile from the default or custom ones.
Go to the Agents tab and select the users who will participate in your campaign.
Go to the Tags tab to add contacts to your campaign. The Tags work as a folder of contacts and help you manage their usage.
In the Scripts tab, choose an existing sales script from the drop-down menu or create a new one to assign it to the campaign.
💡Useful Tip 5: You can also generate a script using AI by entering a short prompt.
Open the Wrap-Up tab to configure:
Wrap-Up duration
Timeout Status
Available disposition statuses that the agent can assign after the call
Click Create to save your campaign. Assigned agents will now be able to access it from the Power Dialer.
You are now a pro in creating and configuring Power Dialer campaigns.
