How to Create and Manage Campaign Scripts
Campaign Scripts help agents follow a consistent conversation during outbound calls.
💡Useful Tip: Scripts can be reused across multiple campaigns.
📌 Note: Admin permissions are required to create and manage campaign scripts.
Step-by-step: How to Create a Script
Go to Settings → Campaigns → Scripts and click + Add Script.

Choose a name for your script and fill in the content.
💡Useful Tip: Alternatively, you can generate the script using AI by entering a short prompt.
Scripts can be assigned to any campaign from the Scripts tab during campaign creation or editing.
Manage Scripts
Admins can edit scrips directly when assigning it to a campaign, or by clicking on the scripts row in Settings → Campaigns → Scripts.
You can also view the campaign the script is attached to under the Campaigns column.
