How to Create & Export a Custom Users Report

The Users Report allows admins to export customized activity reports based on selected columns, filters, and date ranges.

You can quickly export the current report view or create reusable custom report presets for faster reporting in the future.


Step-by-step: How to Create a Custom Report

  1. Go to Reports → Users and click the arrow icon next to the Export button to view the available export options.

  2. Select Manage Custom Reports

  3. Click the + button next to My Saved Reports

  1. On the right, set a report name

  2. Select export columns from the searchable Available Columns list

💡Useful Tip 1: You can reorder the selected columns using drag & drop.

  1. You can then choose to save the preset only or save and export immediately.

💡Useful Tip 2: The selected date range, active filters, and Show Inactive Users settings are inherited from the main Users Report page. These affect only the current export and are not permanently stored inside the report preset.


How to Export a Custom Report

You can export a custom report in two ways:

  • Click Save & Export while creating or editing the report

  • Select a saved report directly from the Saved Reports list next to the Export button

📌 Note: Saved reports are private and visible only to the user who created them.


Export File Structure

Every exported Users Report includes two sheets inside the file:

  1. User Activity. The main report contains the selected user activity data.

  2. User Statuses. An additional report containing user statuses, total duration per status, and status count per user.


How to Manage Existing Reports

Inside the Manage Custom Reports window, administrators can perform actions on saved reports, including export, duplicate, delete and edit the report details on the right side of the panel.

This allows faster report generation without rebuilding configurations each time.
