How to Monitor Campaign Activities
Managers and Admins can monitor all outbound campaigns from a centralized dashboard.
To access it, go to Campaigns → Campaigns.
Campaign Dashboard
The dashboard displays:
Total campaigns
Campaign status
Total leads
Assigned agents
Campaign progress
Campaign Details
Each campaign displays:
Status
Assigned agents
Total leads
Leads in progress
Leads waiting
Campaign tags
Progress
Campaign Visibility
Campaign activity is also available in two spaces: Monitor and Calls Reports.
The Call Method column in the Monitor helps you identify between Manual Calls and Campaign Calls.
In the Calls Reports Campaign calls include:
Campaign Call indicator
Campaign Name
