How to Schedule Callbacks and Follow-Ups
Callbacks and Follow-Ups help ensure every customer interaction is completed on time by creating future activities directly within the Squaretalk Calendar.
They can be created manually from the Calendar or directly from the Call Wrap-Up window.
Go to Calendar → My Calendar and click + Create Calendar Item.
Select either:
Callback
Follow-Up
Complete the required details:
Date and time, and Recurrence if needed
Customer name & Phone number
Description
Visibility & Show As status
Click Save.
After completing a call, click Schedule Callback / Follow-Up in the Call Wrap-Up window.
Select either a Callback or a Follow-Up, and configure:
Date, Time, and Recurrence
The reminder Notifications’ settings
And the Description
Simply add the details and save the event so the system adds it to your Calendar automatically.
Before a scheduled callback begins, you'll receive a reminder notification.
For Callback events, the reminder includes a Call Now option, allowing you to start the customer interaction immediately.
