The Server Cleanup Time directly impacts how real-time data is refreshed in the Monitor page.
At the configured time, the system performs a daily reset process that ensures Monitor statistics reflect accurate, up-to-date daily performance data.
After the cleanup runs, the Monitor page starts counting new activity for the new operational day. This setting is critical for teams that rely on live dashboards and daily KPIs.
📌 Note: Admin permissions are required to configure the Server Cleanup Time.
If your cleanup time does not align with your operational schedule:
daily reports may appear misaligned
Monitor data may reset during working hours
performance dashboards may show unexpected values
For example: If your cleanup time is set to 12:00 PM, your Monitor data will refresh in the middle of the business day, affecting daily metrics visibility.
Go to Settings → General → System Settings and locate the Daily Cleanup Time dropdown menu.
Choose the option the fits you best, according to your organization’s schedule. (Set cleanup time during off-peak hours such as: late night, early morning, outside your organization’s working hours)
Click Save to apply the changes.
📌 Important: Server Cleanup Time follows your organization’s Default Display Timezone. Make sure your timezone is set correctly before adjusting this setting.
