How to Set Your Organization’s Working Hours
Setting your organization’s Working Hours is an important configuration step that helps the Squaretalk Platform align with your real business schedule.
This setting is not just for reference, it directly impacts scheduling of system updates and maintenance.
📌 Note: Admin permissions are required to set or change the Working Hours.
Go to Settings → General → System Settings and locate the Working Hours section
Set the Work Start and Work End fields accordingly
Click Save to apply the changes.
✅ Your working hours are now applied across the platform.
Before setting working hours, make sure your Default Display Timezone is correct. If the timezone is incorrect, your working hours will not match your real local clock.
