To transfer a call to another agent please follow the steps below:

1. While on a call, click the transfer button:

2. Next enter the extension number you would like to transfer the call to and press "Ok":

3. To initiate a conference call with another agent or number press the "conf" button during the call:

4. Next enter the extension number/number you would like to add to the call and press "ok":
