How to Work with Power Dialer: Agent Guide
Power Dialer allows agents to work through campaign leads automatically without manually searching for contacts.
Starting a Campaign
Go to Campaigns → Dialer to view all the campaigns you’ve been assigned to.
Select a campaign from the drop-down list and click Start. The system automatically loads the next available lead.
If the contact preview is on, you will be able to check all the lead's details before the call starts.
During the Call
While speaking with the customer, the agent can:
Call Wrap-Up
After every campaign call, the Wrap-Up window opens automatically.
Complete the disposition Status and Notes to continue to the next call, or select to stop the campaign now to exit it and not receive any calls.
You can also schedule a callback or follow-up with the contact, which will automatically appear in the Calendar tab.
