2. Click the "Search anything..." field to search for a specific callback.
3. Click here to filter by campaign or agent.
4. Click this button to copy basic information for your callbacks.
5. Click 'Excel' to download an excel file containing basic information for your callbacks.
6. Click 'PDF' to download a PDF file containing basic information for your callbacks.
7. Click 'Print' to print basic information for your callbacks.
8. Switch to tab "Squaretalk | Matrix"
9. Click here to select a specific callback which you would like to action.
10. An 'Actions' button will pop-up next to your search field.
11. Click "Actions" to choose either to delete this callback or move it to another agent.
12. Click the three dots to choose from a drop-down menu an action for this callback.
13. Choose to move the call back to another agent, change its time or delete it.
