Matrix Reports - Agents tab

1. Click "Agents" to navigate to the agent's tab of the reports section in the Matrix. It is located on the left-hand side of the screen as a menu option.

2. Click the "Filters by user" field to search for a specific user.

3. Click the "Date" field to choose the time-frame of this report.

4. Click the "Search anything..." field to search for a user via a any metric.

5. Click on the 'column' button to filter the specific KPIs you would like to see on your report.

6. Via here you can choose to download, copy or print the report.
