Statistics and Reports - Call history

1. Navigate to the Call history tab within Matrix reports by selecting 'Call History':

 Search for a specific number or call by utilizing the "Search Name, Phone" field:

 Customize the view of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by clicking on the designated button:

 Download, copy, or print your report using the options available by clicking here:

 Edit a specific lead by clicking on it in the report:

 Adjust the number of entries displayed by clicking on the show drop-down menu and selecting your preferred option:
