Statistics and Reports - Call history
This article will provide you an overview of the Call History report and it's functionality:
To navigate to the
Call History, first click on
Statistics and Reports and then click on
Call History from the drop down menu:
From the Call History you can view the calls made by agents for the selected time period:
By clicking on the "+" button next to a call you can review it's recording:
There needs to be a conversation recorded during the call for there to be a recording.
From the top you have the option to filter calls from specific campaigns, selected the time period for the calls as well as a manual search option:
On the top right you have the option to choose which columns are displayed (this includes any Custom Fields you may have created) as well as the option to export the report to a Excel file, print and copy it:
