Statistics and Reports - Phone numbers

This article will provide you an overview of the Phone numbers report and it's functionality: 

First navigate to "Statistics and Reports" from the left and click on "Phone numbers" from the drop down menu:

From here you will be able to see statistics for the amount of calls that you have made with all of your DID's that you use:
Incoming(INC) and Outgoing(OUT) words are abbreviated to save table from becoming too wide when all columns are shown
* Manual calls can naturally only be outgoing, which also makes all incoming calls all auto
* For calls that are not answered during auto-dial or dead(government api match, inbound timeout, disconnected number) phone number is not being saved (unassigned)

You can also specify the period you wish to view this report for from above as well as manually search and export this report from the options on the right, as well as specify which columns are shown:
