How to Create and Manage AMD Profiles
Answering Machine Detection (AMD) helps identify voicemail and answering machines during outbound calls.
Keep in mind, each campaign can use one AMD Profile only.
📌 Note: Admin permissions are required to create and manage AMD Profiles.
Step-by-step: How to Create an AMD Profile
Go to Settings → Campaigns → AMD Profiles
💡Useful Tip: The Squaretalk Platform includes four built-in system AMD Profiles, which cannot be deleted.
Click + Add AMD Profile and start configuring the desired detection behavior.
Save the profile and it will become available for future campaigns.
💡Useful Tip: AMD Profiles can be selected and applied from the General tab while creating or editing a campaign.
