What is Power Dialer?

Power Dialer is Squaretalk's outbound calling solution designed to help teams contact more leads in less time through organized calling campaigns.

Instead of manually searching for contacts, agents join assigned campaigns where the system automatically presents the next available lead, ensuring efficient and coordinated outreach.

By default:

• Agents have access to the operational dialing interface.

• Managers and Admins have access to both the operational interface and campaign configuration settings.

How Power Dialer Works

Power Dialer combines contacts, agents, scripts, and call wrap-up into a single campaign.

Each campaign contains:

• a list of contacts (built using Tags)

• assigned agents

• a sales script

• redial rules

• call wrap-up configuration

When an agent starts a campaign, the system automatically presents the next available lead.

If another agent calls that lead first, it is immediately removed from every other agent's queue. This ensures every lead is contacted only once at a time.
