By default:
Agents have access to the operational dialing interface.
Managers and Admins have access to both the operational interface and campaign configuration settings.
Power Dialer combines contacts, agents, scripts, and call wrap-up into a single campaign.
Each campaign contains:
a list of contacts (built using Tags)
assigned agents
a sales script
redial rules
call wrap-up configuration
When an agent starts a campaign, the system automatically presents the next available lead.
If another agent calls that lead first, it is immediately removed from every other agent's queue. This ensures every lead is contacted only once at a time.
