In the PBX Dashboard, as a Manager user you will have three options how to monitor your team's calls:
Barge, Spy and Whisper:
- First you need to enter the extension you are monitoring from, in the empty space above.
- Then you to choose the extension you want to spy/whisper/barge (click on the eye):
- Finally chose the option you need from the three.
Barge: You can enter the conversation between your agent and the client.
Whisper: You can whisper to your agent without the client listening to you.
Spy: None of the agent nor the client can hear you.
