In the manager dashboard go to “Campaign” – “View Campaigns” and choose the campaign you want to change list order.

List order allows you to choose how the leads in the list will be dialed. From here you can put a priority on your leads, which to be called with higher priority or lower.

So, if you have more important leads your agents can call them first.
