To add or disable email templates in the dialer you have to go to the “Settings” menu and then to “Email Settings”. Then go to the drop-down menu and select “Enabled”. Press the “Add setting” button that will appear on the lower right corner. Then you have to enter the email address that receiver will see, add a signature and select a campaign. If you want you can add Email name, logo and BCC. Then click Save and the email template is ready.
If you want to edit or disable the email template you have to go to the campaign to which the template is assign, open the “Email Templates” menu and edit the templates for each disposition status, add new ones or disable them.
