Configuring Random Routes

This article will guide you how to configure your Random Route.
Idea
Configuring Random Routes gives you the ability of using a set of numbers in a random sequence when making outbound calls.
This is beneficial to reduce the over-use of one singular number when making many outbound calls.
1. Navigate to Settings, Voice and then click on Phone Numbers:
2. Click on the Outbound tab and then Create:
3. Next click on Random Route Group. Here you will have to define the routes name, choose the numbers you wish to be used for this route form the Numbers Group.
By clicking on Add Rule you can specify the extensions that can utilize this particular route as well define a prefix, once done click Create.
The override extension option is to override any caller ID that any of the extensions that are specified to use this particular route.
