Feature Codes

In this article you can find the feature codes for the following actions: spy, whisper and barge, which allow you to manually perform these actions directly from the Softphone.
Notes
NOTE: To be able to Spy/Whisper/Barge, you must first have a user assigned to the extension you're trying to apply these actions to.
