Internal Chat brings secure, real-time team communication directly into the Squaretalk workspace.
No more switching between tools. No more lost conversations.
Your team can now collaborate, escalate issues, and coordinate live, all inside the platform where work happens.
📌 Note: Admin permissions are required to activate this feature.
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings → Internal Chat → Configuration
Enable Internal Chat and save the changes
Once enabled, the feature becomes available immediately for all users inside your system. (Check the chat icon that will appear in the top banner, next to the phone icon.)
Users can send direct messages to colleagues within the system.
To start a chat, just go to People and select a user you want to start a conversation with.
Agents will see users within their assigned group, improving relevant collaboration.
Users can enable real-time alerts by clicking the Three Dots (⋯) and enabling Push Notifications under Settings. This ensures instant updates during live operations.
