The Time Conditions check the current date and time and route calls based on your preferences.
Go to Settings → Voice → Time Conditions and click “+ Add Time Condition”
💡Useful Tip 1: To edit a Time Condition, simply click the Time Condition row to open the side panel with all Time Condition settings.
Set up the Time Condition Name, and choose the Time Group Type. (You can add more groups by clicking on the “+” button)
a) Weekdays: Repeats weekly based on selected days.
b) Date Range: Works only between two specific dates.
c) Specific: Applies to one exact date.
3. Choose Destination if true and Destination if false, and click Create to save your new Time Condition.
💡Useful Tip 2: When creating a Time Condition, you can enable the checkbox Create a new Messaging Time Condition accordingly. This will automatically duplicate the same schedule logic for your WhatsApp Messaging flows.
💡Useful Tip 3: Before testing, confirm your account timezone is correct. Incorrect timezone settings may cause calls to route incorrectly (example: sending calls to voicemail during business hours).
You cannot delete a Time Condition if it is currently in use.
To check this, review the Used in column to see which routes or flows must be unassigned first.
Once completed, click on the trash bin icon under the Actions column to delete the Time Condition.
