Messaging Report

The Messaging Report in the Squaretalk Platform helps you review and analyze all messaging activity across your organization.

It is designed for managers and admins who want visibility into:

  • chat performance and workload

  • user activity per conversation

  • chat statuses and timestamps

  • AI-generated summaries and sentiment analysis

  • full chat history and transfer logs

This guide explains what you can see in the Messaging Report and how to open detailed chat information.


1. To find the Messaging Report, go to the Reports tab in the main menu and select Messaging.

You will see a list of all chats based on the selected filters and date range.


What Information Is Included in the Messaging Report?

2. Each row in the Messaging Report includes key information such as:

  • User (agent assigned to the chat)

  • WABA (WhatsApp Business Account/channel used)

  • Contact number

  • Chat status (Waiting, Open, Closed, Expired)

  • Timestamps (start time, last activity, closure time)

  • Additional metadata, depending on your configuration

3. On the right side of the table, check the Actions column for Chat Details that will open a new side panel window, offering you:

  1. Chat History visibility

  2. Chat Actions (action logs of every user on the chat)

  3. AI Summary (conversation summary & sentiment analysis)



📌 Note: AI Summary availability depends on your plan.

💡Useful tip: You can open full chat details by clicking the Chat Details button or anywhere on the chat row you want to review.
