Squaretalk allows you to schedule reports so they’re generated and delivered automatically, no manual exporting needed.
This guide explains how to schedule a report step by step.
You can schedule any type of reports in the Squaretalk Platform (Calls Reports, Users Reports, Queues Reports, Messaging Reports, Phone Numbers Reports) and customize them based on the filters you choose.
Go to the Reports tab → Scheduled Reports and click Create.
Add one or more recipients from the users drop-down menu under Send To.
Choose report type (Calls, Users, Queues, Messaging, Phone Numbers)
Apply the filters you need based on the report type
(groups, users, queues, status, etc.).
Select the Frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
Change the timezone if needed.
Choose if you want to attach the report to email.
Confirm and Save.
✅ Your report is now scheduled and will be sent automatically.
💡 Useful Tip 1: If you choose “Attach to Email”, the report will be sent as an XLS file attachment. If not, the email will include a “Go to report” button for you to access the report.
💡 Useful Tip 2: The Squaretalk Platform also stores the last 10 report sendings under “Previous Sendings”, where you can reopen or export past reports anytime.
You can delete or copy your scheduled reports at any time.
💡 Useful Tip 3: If you need to update any detail, just click on the report row to open the side panel window.
