Contacts Tab: Overview and Key Features
The Contacts tab in Squaretalk helps you store and manage customer and internal contact details in one place.
From the Contacts tab, you can:
Search for contacts by name or number
View contact details instantly
Use Click-to-Call to start a call quickly
Organize contacts using Tags
Upload or create contacts (depending on your permissions)
Tags help you group contacts into categories, for example:
VIP Customers
Sales Leads
Support Clients
Regions or countries
Campaign lists
Tags make filtering and searching much easier and are used to assign a specific group of contacts to your Dialer campaign at once.
