The Contacts tab in Squaretalk helps you store and manage customer and internal contact details in one place.


What Can You Do in the Contacts Tab?

From the Contacts tab, you can:

  • Search for contacts by name or number

  • View contact details instantly

  • Use Click-to-Call to start a call quickly

  • Organize contacts using Tags

  • Upload or create contacts (depending on your permissions)


Using Tags to Organize Contacts

Tags help you group contacts into categories, for example:

  • VIP Customers

  • Sales Leads

  • Support Clients

  • Regions or countries

  • Campaign lists

Tags make filtering and searching much easier and are used to assign a specific group of contacts to your Dialer campaign at once.
