How to add a New User

Make sure you have an extension to assign users to.

1. To create a new user navigate to Settings and the Users under the Users & Permissions section:

2. Next click on "+ New User"

3. From the new window that will appear, fill in the details as you require for your user as you require and click Save and the user will be created:

* The type of the extension can be either SIP: that should be configured on softphone or IP phone device or Web: that can be used only from the user’s dashboard, with no need of a softphone.

** The Force login feature is pushing the users to be logged in to the dashboard. If the Force login is on True, then the user will be able to make and receive calls only if he/she is logged in to the dashboard.
