The Time Condition function allows you to forward your calls to specific destinations during specific times, for example: working hours and setting up a Voice Mail if callers reach you outside of your working hours.
1. Navigate to the Voice section from the Settings menu and select "Time Conditions" on the left-hand side of the screen:
2. Create a new time condition by clicking "Create new" button from the top right:
3. Enter the name for your time condition by clicking "Name" field and entering it:
4. Select the day for which this time condition applies by clicking under the "Time Group Type" field:
There are 3 Time Group Types you can choose from:
Specific: This allows you to select a specific date only.
Date Range: Allows you to select between two date ranges.
Weekdays: Allows you to add a rule and specify the days of the week.
You should select the one that best fits your requirements you would like to use the time condition for.
5. Click "Destination if true" or "Destination if false" to choose an action if the time matches and does not:
6. Choose from the drop-down menu what should happen for each destination:
Extensions: This allows to select a specific extension as the destination.
Queues: This allows you to select a specific queue as the destination.
IVR: This option allows you to select a specific IVR as the destination.
Time Condition: This option allows you to select another Time Condition as the destination.
Announcements: This option allows you to select a specific Announcement as the destination.
Terminate Call: This options allows to dismiss the call as the destination.
Call Forward: This options allows to forward the call to another number.
Voice Mail: This option allows to forward the call to a specific Voice Mail of an Extension.
If you do not see the option on the right of the respective Time Condition to delete it, it means it's that it's attached to a route or queue currently.
You can see which under the "Related to" column.
You will be able to remove it only after disassociating it from the route it was apart of.
